The Aeropuerto Internacional de Rivera " Presidente Grail (PAM ) Oscar D. Gestido. " ( IATA airport code: RVY - ICAO Airport Code: SURV ), also called Aeropuerto Internacional Cerro Chapeau, is an airport in Uruguay.

Opened on June 16, 1979 the airport is in the north of Uruguay around ten kilometers southeast of the city of Rivera in the same department. He is located near the north-west of the airport extending border with Brazil. A few kilometers west runs the Ruta 27, is about the connection to the Route 5 towards Montevideo. Near the airport, there is a mountain that resembles a hat in his appearance. Therefore, the alternative designation Aeropuerto Internacional Cerro Chapeau stirred.

The runway has a capacity of up to 30 tons, which enables the use by aircraft the size of a Boeing 737. The airport terminal is focused on a round- the -clock operation for refueling with Jet A1 and naphtha and has an immigration and customs clearance.
