The Rivière des Mille Îles (French for "River of Thousand Islands " ) is a river in the Canadian province of Québec.

The Rivière des Mille Îles is the northern outlet of Lac des Deux Montagnes. It flows north, the island of Île Jésus, on which the city Laval is located, and, after about 40 km along the Rivière des Prairies.

At the outflow from the Lac des Deux Montagnes is the Barrage du Grand -Moulin. In the river there are numerous islands, including Ile Garth, Ile aux Vaches, Île Poirier, Ile Saint- Pierre, Ile Saint- Jean, Île aux Mouton and Île Bourdon. Below Terrebonne Mascouche the Rivière opens on the left side into the river.
