Riya

Riya (* February 18 in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan) is the pseudonym of a Japanese singer and song writer. She is best known as the lead singer of the group eufonius who made her debut in 2004.

Biography

Before the start of her career, she completed a short-term study of music, where she the singer and song writer Akino Arai revered by its own account. In addition to the study of song she learned incidentally also play keyboards. First, she wore mainly in through their website to several Dōjin Ongaku. She was discovered by the composer Hajime Kikuchi and was soon one of the newly founding group eufonius to where they first appeared together with Hajime Kikuchi. The group itself has been known for their music to several popular anime titles, including eg Clannad or true tears included.
