RNA activation

The RNA activation (short RNAA ) is a natural mechanism in the cells of mammals and possibly other eukaryotic organisms which leads to a paradoxical increase implementation of genetic information in a feature. The RNA activation is opposite in effect of RNA interference and how this is based on small RNA molecules such as siRNA and miRNA.

As the underlying mechanisms of activation of transcription of a gene, the activation of the translation into a protein, an interaction with the cell 's own, and miRNA antisense mechanisms are discussed. Promoter - specific interfering RNA molecules can lead to activation of transcription via an activated RNA-induced transcriptional silencing complex. Likewise, an Argonaut protein -mediated activation of translation is discussed. Another possible mechanism is a direct interaction of cellular miRNA. This mechanism is purposefully used by so-called Antagomiren.
