Contrasting stripes

Since August 29, 2012 graphic elements in different colors may be separated on road signs by a contrasting stripes. Furthermore, the red traffic signs can be provided at the outline with a white contrasting stripes. Such contrasting stripes delivers in color-blind for improved visibility of traffic signs. Blue plates are provided with a white border for years.
