Robert Day (director)
Robert Day (also listed as Bob Day, R. Day and Robert F. Day, born September 11, 1922 in Sheen, England ) is an English film director.
Life
Day worked his way in the film in the 1950s in England to the top, he was Clapperboy and cameraman before he appeared in 1957 with the film The green man as a director. In 1960 he moved to Hollywood. He was the director of over 80 films by 1956 until 1991. Day married in 1968, the actress Dorothy Provine and was with her until she died, married 2010.
