Robert Funaro

Robert Funaro ( born January 23, 1959 in Brooklyn (United States) ) is an American film and television actor. A wider audience, he became known for his role as Eugene Pontecorvo in the television series The Sopranos.

Life

Funaro was born on January 23, 1959 at Coney Iceland in Brooklyn, New York. He is of Italian descent. His ancestors came from Naples.

Play-acting

Funaro played a long time in the New York Off-Broadway scene. The role of the gangster Eugene Pontecorvo in the television series The Sopranos was his first major role. Currently plays Funaro in film and television. Among other things, he was in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit to see and The Unusuals.
