Robert John Armstrong
Robert John Armstrong ( born December 17, 1884 in San Francisco, USA; † 14 January 1957) was Bishop of Sacramento.
Life
Robert John Armstrong received on 10 December 1910, the sacrament of Holy Orders.
On January 4, 1929, he was named by Pope Pius XI. Bishop of Sacramento. The Bishop of Seattle, Edward John O'Dea, donated to him on 12 March of the same year the episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were the Bishop of Great Falls, Mathias Clement Lenihan, and the Bishop of Baker City, Joseph Francis McGrath.
