Robert Newman (actor)

Robert Newman ( * June 27, 1958 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor.

Robert Newman played the role of Josh Lewis in the Springfield Story 1981-1984 from 1986 until 1991. Since 1993 he has been seen there again as one of the main characters. For his role, he was twice ( 2002, 2006 ) for an Emmy and four times ( 1989, 1990, 1998, 2000 ), nominated for the Soap Opera Digest Award. In between Newman was also in series such as California communities to see General Hospital and Hunter.

Robert Newman is married to actress Britt helper since 1986. The couple has a son and a daughter.
