Robert Palikuća

Robert Palikuca ( born May 24, 1978) is a Croatian football player. He is currently active at TuS Bösinghoven.

Career

His professional career began Palikuca at VfL Trier. In 2000 he moved to the Oberliga West FSV Salmrohr, where he stayed for three and a half years. During the winter break of the season 2003/ 04 Palikuca went to FC St. Pauli in the Football League North. In the DFB-Pokal 2005/ 06 it reached with the Hanseatic League semi-final against Bayern Munich. In the second-round match against Hertha BSC Palikuca scored the winning goal in extra time to 4:3. From 2006 he was active for Fortuna Dusseldorf, with whom he first then climb in the 2nd Bundesliga later in the 3rd league and a year. In the 2009/10 season Palikuca was increasingly used in the second team in the Regionalliga West. Since summer 2010 Palikuca kicks with his former team-mate Axel Lawarée in Meerbusch for TuS Bösinghoven. He retired in September 2010, an injury to the knee, which is why it turned to spring 2011. Since Palikuca in Bösinghoven is active it is rarely used in defense, but mainly in the storm. With the club he joined as a division champion in 2011 in the Lower Rhine league.

Since then Palikuca ended his professional career in February 2010, he worked in the marketing area of Fortuna Dusseldorf.
