Robert Wuhl

Robert Wuhl ( born October 9, 1951 in Union Township, Union County, New Jersey, USA) is an American actor and comedian, and screenwriter.

Life and achievements

Wuhl was born in Union, New Jersey. After attending high school, he studied at the University of Houston, where he was active among others in the drama group.

After several years of stand-up comedy, he starred in the comedy The Hollywood Knights the lead role. In the following years, Wuhl got roles in several Hollywood films and played with well known actors, including Batman with Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson, Bull Durham with Kevin Costner and Good Morning, Vietnam with Robin Williams as well as on the side of Eric Idle in the Comedy on the sunny side of life.

In the music video Material Girl by Madonna in 1985, he worked in too. Wuhl is also active as a screenwriter. He wrote, among other things, the scripts for two episodes of the series The Naked Gun. For his screenplay, along with Billy Crystal, he won two Emmy Awards.
