Roberto D'Aversa

Roberto D' Aversa ( born August 12, 1975 in Stuttgart ) is a German - Italian footballer. He plays in midfield mainly as a central midfielder, but can also act offensively.

Club career

Roberto D' Aversa played in his youth in the youth teams of the Italian first division club AC Milan and tradition. Since he did not make the jump but there in the first team, he left the club. After that he played in some second-tier and third-tier, before moving to Erstligaaufsteiger AC Siena for the season 2003/ 04. Together they managed to keep it for three years, the class before D' Aversa in the winter break 2006/ 07 moved to later relegated ACR Messina. By the summer of 2010 he played in Serie B with four other clubs. Then he moved to SS Virtus Lanciano in the third highest league, the Lega Pro Prima Divisione Girone B, where he was a regular player despite his advanced age. In 2012, he managed the club to promotion to the Serie B.
