Roberto Reinaldo Cáceres González

Roberto Cáceres Reinaldo González ( born April 16, 1921 in Buenos Aires ) is retired bishop in the Uruguayan Melo.

Life

Roberto Reinaldo Cáceres González received on 15 July 1945, the ordination.

Pope John XXIII. appointed him on January 2, 1962 Bishop of Melo. The Apostolic Nuncio to Uruguay, Raffaele Forni, donated to him on 19 March of the same year the episcopal ordination; Were co-consecrators Miguel Paternain C.Ss.R., Bishop Emeritus of Florida, and Orestes Santiago Nuti Sanguinetti SDB, Bishop of Canelones. He participated in all sessions of the Second Vatican Council.
