Robin Montgomerie-Charrington
Robert Victor " Robin " Montgomerie - Charrington ( born June 22, 1915 in London, UK as Robert Victor Campbell Montgomerie; † 3 April 2007) was a British Formula 1 driver.
In Formula 1 went " Monty " as he was often called, only one World Cup race, which he could not finish due to a technical fault ( misfiring ): at the Grand Prix of Belgium 1952 in Spa -Francorchamps on 22 June 1952 he stood after qualifying to start position 15 the car, which he used, was an Aston Butterworth, he had bought from his former formula 3 counterparties Bill Aston.
