Robert " Rocky" Eugene Bernard, Jr. ( born April 19, 1979 in Baytown, Texas) is an American professional American football player at the position of the defensive tackles. He plays for the New York Giants in the National Football League ( NFL).

Professional career

Seattle Seahawks

Bernard was selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the 2002 NFL Draft in the fifth round. Previously, he played college football for the Texas A & M University. Bernard was used mostly in the first three seasons as a substitute. In the regular season, 2005, he was employed from the outset as defensive tackle, where he managed 8.5 Sacks.
