Rodrigo Javier Millar Carvajal ( born November 3, 1981 in Arauco ) is a Chilean football player. The central midfielder plays for Colo -Colo in La Liga and in the Chilean national team.

Career

Association

His pro debut, he celebrated at the club from the Chilean city of Talcahuano, CD Huachipato, at the age of 18 years. In the club he scored 56 goals as a midfielder considerable in 190 games. After eight years he changed the first time the club and joined the Chilean giants Colo -Colo. The integration into the new team went for him, despite the gains of the Chilean Apertura and Clausura championship in the 2007, not as good as hoped. It was therefore initially borrowed for the Apertura 2008 to the Colombian first division side CD Once Caldas. When he returned in the second half of 2008 Colo -Colo, he again won the Chilean championship in the Clausura 2008. In 2009, he became one of the best players of his team and won at the end of the year again, the Chilean championship. National

In 2001 he was a member of the Chilean squad for the Junior World Cup. In the Chilean national team, he came for the first time on 17 April 2002 during a friendly match against Turkey for use. With the Chilean selection he took part in the Copa America 2004 part.
