Roger Kumble
Roger Kumble ( born May 28, 1966 in Harrison, New York) is an American screenwriter and director.
Life and work
Roger Kumble was born on 28 May 1966 in Harrison, New York, the son of Steven J. Kumble, a known lawyer from Connecticut. Kumble is married and has two children since 2000. He studied at Northwestern University in the U.S. state of Illinois.
His debut as a director, he was signed in 1999 with Cruel Intentions. Previously, he worked only as a screenwriter. He has also worked on the screenplays to Dumb and dumber and Kingpin the Farrelly brothers as a friend, but was not officially listed as an author. In 1997, he was listed with Pay or Play and D Girl two successful stage productions in Los Angeles.
