Rogério Luiz da Silva

Luiz Rogério da Silva (born 12 June 1980) is a Brazilian footballer.

Career

Rogério played ten years for the Brazilian club Associação Portuguesa de Desportos in São Paulo before he tried his luck in Europe. The aerially strong striker was committed by the then emerging FC Wil 2003. Wil won the 2004 Swiss Cup, but still rose in the same season in the Challenge League from. Alain Geiger subsequently signed him for Grasshopper Club Zurich. In June 2006 he signed for three years at FC Aarau.

In the summer of 2009 he returned to the Grasshoppers, where he remained one season.
