Roman Adamov

Roman Adamov Stanislavovich (Russian Роман Станиславович Адамов; born June 21, 1982 in Belaya Kalitwa, Rostov Oblast, Russian SFSR ) is a Russian football player. The striker came in early 2008, his first appearance for the Russian national team.

Adamov began his career at what was then fourth division Olympia Volgograd in 1999. According to the rise in 2000 to the Third Russian league but he was loaned out to Shakhtar Donetsk, where he came for the reserve team in the 2nd Ukrainian League used.

In mid-2001 he came to the FK Rostov and was now his Premjer - league debut. Greatest success with Rostov in 2003 was the entry into Cup final, which was lost, however. The following season, 2004, he played at Terek Grozny Cup winner, but was in the UEFA Cup only use loose substitute. With the descent Tereks the end of 2005 he went to FK Moscow.

When FK Moscow, he became a leading player and 2007 Russian scorer.

After two scoreless appearances for the Russian Olympic team in 2003, he came on 26 March 2008 in a friendly against Romania at a first senior international.
