The Diocese of Alleppey (Latin: Dioecesis Alleppeyensis ) is a located in India Roman Catholic diocese based in Alappuzha ( Alleppey).

History

The diocese of Alleppey was posted on June 19, 1952 by Pope Pius XII. built with the Apostolic Constitution Ea Redemptoris from cessions of territory of the diocese of Cochin and the Archdiocese Verapoly a suffragan. On 17 June 2004, the diocese of Alleppey was the Archdiocese of Trivandrum is a suffragan.
