Roman Catholic Diocese of Sangmélima

The diocese Sangmélima (Latin: Dioecesis Sangmelimaensis ) is a location in Cameroon Roman Catholic diocese based in Sangmélima.

History

The diocese Sangmélima was on 18 January 1963, Pope John XXIII. built with the Apostolic Constitution Quod supernovae from cessions of territory of the Diocese of Douala and Yaoundé the Archdiocese is a suffragan. The diocese Sangmélima announced on May 20, 1991 from parts of its territory to the foundation of the diocese Ebolowa - Kribi.
