Roman Catholic Diocese of Tarma
The Diocese of Tarma (Latin: Dioecesis Tarmensis ) is located in the Central Peruvian Andes Roman Catholic diocese based in Tarma.
History
The Diocese of Tarma was built on May 15 together in 1958 of territory of the dioceses Huancayo and Tarma Huánuco as Prelature. It was the Archdiocese of Huancayo is a suffragan. On 21 December 1985, the Prelature of Tarma was raised to the bishopric.
