The Eparchy of Saint George's in Canton ( Latin: Sancti Georgii Eparchia Martyris Romenorum ) is a located in the United States and Canada Eparchy of the Romanian Greek-Catholic Church, headquartered in Canton, Ohio.
History
The Eparchy of Saint George's in Canton was incorporated on January 11, 1982 by Pope John Paul II as Apostolic Exarchate for the United States. The Apostolic Exarchate was raised on 26 March 1987, John Paul II to the eparchy and renamed Eparchy of Saint George's in Canton.
