Ronnie Hawkins
Ronnie Hawkins ( born January 10, 1935 in Huntsville, Arkansas) is an American singer and pianist.
He was a sideman Carl Perkins and Conway Twitty, and bandleader of Ronnie Hawkins and the Hawks, whose members became independent in 1963 under the name The Band. Hawkins ' first recordings were with Roulette Records.
The Hawk is known for its flowery wordplay and one- line jokes, which was confirmed by his friend, Kris Kristofferson, in an interview.
