Roscoe (Rapper)

Roscoe (* in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American rapper and the brother of Kurupt.

Life

Roscoe was 10 years old when he flew to California, where his brother Kurupt watching while shooting. Inspired by this, he himself began to rap, often in collaboration with Kurupt. For the first time he officially joined on his album Tha Streetz on Iz A Mutha. At this time he was 15 years old and caught the attention of Daz Dillinger, who helped him put together his first mixtape in 2001 When The Pain Inflict. This has been well received in the scene and led to a contract with Priority Records, where he released his debut album Young Roscoe Philaphornia published with the help of Soopafly and Organized Noize 2003. Followed in 2006 I Luv Cali. In 2008 he recorded the album The Frank and Jess Story along with Kurupt. It was released on November 11, 2008 in the United States on the label Koch Records. The following year he presented in collaboration with the Internet presence DubCNN another album under the name Philaphornia 2: together Tha Philly Fanatic, consisting of previously unreleased songs, which originate from the recording of his debut album, as well as newly recorded songs.
