Rose Venerini

Pink Venerini ( born February 9, 1656 in Viterbo, † May 7, 1728 in Rome) was a Catholic nun and saint.

She founded in 1685 the Community Maestre Pie Venerini who was involved in the ( Jesuit ) girls' education.

It was on May 4, 1952 Pope Pius XII. beatified; on 15 October 2006, she was called by Pope Benedict XVI. canonized.
