The city motorway Tokyo 3 Shibuya Line (Japanese首都 高速3号 渋 谷 线, shuto Kosoku 3- gō Shibuya -sen, Eng. Shuto Expressway Route 3 ) is almost 12 km long motorway section in the east of Japan Tokyo Prefecture.
