The N15 was a French national road, which was established in 1824 between Pontoise near Paris and Dieppe on the English Channel. It proceeded from the metropolitan center of the capital in a northwesterly direction and goes back to the route impériale 16. Her length was 138.5 km. In 1973, she was completely graded and 1978, the number for the N 13bis Bonnières -sur -Seine was - Le Havre used. In 2006 she was graduated up to a short piece in the city of Rouen.
