Roy Helge Olsen

Roy Helge Olsen ( born January 19, 1965) is a Norwegian football referee.

Olsen began in 1979 with the refereeing.

Between 1992 and 2002 he was a FIFA referee. He whistled more than 30 international matches of men and women of different age groups, including six A- international matches of Lords. In 1993, he led the final of the U-18 European Championship between England and Turkey ( 1-0) in Nottingham. He also comes to 28 missions in the European Cup.

He whistled 1991, the Norwegian Cup Final between Strømsgodset IF Rosenborg Trondheim, and in 1997, the Cup Final between Vålerenga IF and Strømsgodset IF.

In the Tippeligaen Olsen led 195 games.

Roy Helge Olsen is married and is the father of three children.
