Rubiscolin

The Rubiscoline are a group of opioid peptides in the digestion of the protein, ribulose 1 ,5 -bisphosphate carboxylase / oxygenase - ( RuBisCo ) originates from spinach leaves.

Operation

The Rubiscoline mimic the effects of opioids, which is why they are mentally active. They are very similar to the gluten - exorphins ( Gliadorphine ). Their influence on the mental state is not fully understood, or is he very controversial ( see Gfcf nutrition). The Rubiscoline bind to the δ -opioid receptor and have analgesic ( pain relieving ) effect. They also stimulate the formation of memory. 2007 anxiolytic properties of Rubiscolin -6 have been detected in animal models.
