Rudolf Wojtowicz
Rudolf " Rudi " Wojtowicz ( born June 9, 1956 in Bytom ) is a former Polish footballer and coach. In addition to Polish, he also has the German nationality.
Career
Rudolf Wojtowicz played from 1982 to 1992 as a professional football player in the first and second divisions. As a defensive player, he scored two goals in 162 Bundesliga games for Bayer 04 Leverkusen and Fortuna Dusseldorf. In the 58 missions in the second division he scored a goal for Fortuna Dusseldorf. He graduated from an international match for Poland (12 April 1978). From 1996 to 1998 he was manager of Fortuna Dusseldorf. He then worked until February 2010 as a talent scout for Hertha BSC and is now employed in the same position when VFL Wolfsburg.
