Ruth Svedberg

Ruth Svedberg ( Svedberg Ruth Augusta, born April 14, 1903 in Gällivare, † 27 December 2002 in Gothenburg ) was a Swedish track and field athlete.

At the Olympic Games in Amsterdam in 1928 she won the bronze medal in the discus throw. In the 100 - meter dash and the 4 x 100 - meter relay team they eliminated in advance.

In the Women's World Games in 1930 she won a bronze medal in powerlifting ( javelin, high jump, 100 meters ).
