Ryan Bittle

Ryan James Bittle ( born March 21, 1976 in La Crescenta - Montrose, California) is an American actor.

Early life

Ryan Bittle is the son of Kathy and Jim Home Bittle, a retired Fire Department Captain. He has a younger brother Ron and an older brother Jeff. He attended Crescenta Valley High School, the Pasadena City College, the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and the Juilliard School.

Career

Ryan Bittle originally wanted to be an NCAA water polo players, however, decided to attend medical school before he discovered the actors themselves. In his senior year, he left the college amusing to take a role in the television series Sweet Valley High. After two season he left the series to complete the school.

While studying at the Pasadena City College he took other jobs as an actor. He had guest roles on the series Buffy, Boy Meets World and The Parent Hood. In addition, he played in it Down, Devil in the blood ( Devil in the Flesh) and The Clown at Midnight.

During the filming of The Clown at Midnight with Christopher Plummer Bittle decided to rely on Hollywood to have more time for studying in New York at the Juilliard School. In New York he joined in numerous productions with actors like Nathan Baesel, Jennifer Carpenter, Daniel Breaker and James Martinez.

Upon his return to Los Angeles Ryan had a recurring role on the hit series Dawson's Creek. To which he had several guest appearances on such well-known series such as CSI: Miami, CSI: New York, Numb3rs and NCIS.

Private life

Bittle is interested in golf and tennis. He also teaches water polo in high school and has since 2001 a private pilot's license.
