Ryan Toby

Ryan Toby (born 26 November 1978, as Willingboro, New Jersey) is an American soul singer, songwriter and music producer.

Life

1993, at the age of 15, he took over in Sister Act 2 - Back in the Habit the role of the student " Ajmal ", sang Oh Happy Day solo and wrote for the song Joyful, Joyful rap.

His first success as a songwriter Toby was recorded in 1997 with the song sung by Will Smith Miami. Since then, he wrote songs for Bobby Brown, Dru Hill and Usher.

2001 Toby by Wyclef Jean was won for the band project City High. The eponymous debut album went platinum and was nominated for a Grammy. In 2003, the band split again. 2004 married Ryan Toby his former bandmate Claudette Ortiz.

Appeared in 2007 with Soul of a songwriter his first solo album.
