36 days of terror is an American film directed by Jefery Levy from the year 1994. It is a film adaptation of a novel by Andrew Wellman.
Action
Terrorists attacked a shop where they take the young Cliff SPAB, Wendy Pfister and Joe Dice hostage. They're filming the action and demand that the recorded tapes are aired.
While his friend Joe comes in the raid killed a native of the working class Cliff is one of the surviving hostages by the broadcasting of the tapes in the media for the next few days the hero.
Reviews
- Peter Rainer (Los Angeles Times, January 20, 1995) compared the film with the thriller Natural Born Killers. He accused the film narcissism and sentimentality. The motives of the terrorists were not explained.
- Roger Ebert (Chicago Sun-Times, March 31, 1995 ) wrote that the film show a silly character, in which Forrest Gump was a genius.
