Sabah Tanah Airku

Sabah Tanah Airku (German: Sabah, my home country) is the anthem of the Malaysian state of Sabah.

The creator of the anthem was the Polish violinist HB Hermann. Hermann, who was also singaporesischer citizens at the time of composition, submitted the anthem during a 1963 advertised international competition and was selected by Tun Fuad Stephens and Tun Mustapha as a winner. The prize money of Sabah National Anthem Competition was 1000 Straits dollars. For his work, the 72 - year-old musician received an award in the same year by the government of Sabah.
