Sabi Forest Park

The Sabi Forest Park ( spelling variant: Sabbi Forest Park ) is a forest in the West African nation of Gambia.

Topography

The 73- acre wooded area is located in the Upper River Region ( URR ) in the district Fulladu East and was, like the other Forest Park in The Gambia on January 1, 1954 set up. It is located about five kilometers south of Basse Santa Su, the headquarters of the administrative unit URR, and lies east of the road that leads to the next major city Vélingara in Senegal. Four kilometers on the road, at the border, lies the village of Sabi had given to the Forest Park its name.
