Sad Lovers & Giants

Sad Lovers & Giants was a British rock band from Watford, Hertfordshire, which was from 1981 to 1984.

Members included Garcé Allard (vocals), Tony McGuinness ( guitar), Cliff Silver ( bass), Juliet Sainsbury (keyboards) and Nigel Pollard (drums). The band lived by the voice of Garcé Allard, something reminiscent of the young Jim Kerr of Simple Minds and the guitar sounds of Tony McGuinness, the effect is not overloaded so but are very sound -forming.

There was a John Peel session, and later some unreleased material has been published.
