Saër Sène

Saer Sène (* November 4, 1986 in Saint- Germain -en- Laye ) is a French footballer of Senegalese origin.

Career

From the youth of Paris Saint -Germain emerged, changed Sène 2005 unterklassigen FC Etampes, which was coached by his father Oumar.

His first goal he scored in the 89th minute at the 2:4 defeat at TSV Crailsheim. He completed his first season with 21 appearances and four from outside, he came the following season on 31 missions and remarkable 22 goals, including three hat-tricks.

In a test match against the second team of VfB Stuttgart, the then Co and later head coach of Stuttgart, Markus Babbel, was aware of Sène and expressed interest in his commitment. The measures taken by the club's management decision, the 1.90 meter tall attacker with a strong left foot first and continue to play in Unteraspach to be observed, took advantage of Bayern Munich for himself and gave on 11 May 2009 announced the commitment Senes.

From the season 2009/10 he was one - with contract until 2011 - the second team in the 3rd League at in which he 25 July 2009 (1st Round ), in the 30th minute substitute for Daniel Sikorski, his debut were; the game at FC Ingolstadt 04 was lost with 0:2. In the match against AC Milan, he steered in a 4-1 win at Munich in a match.

After Sène had scored in his debut season in 37 non- league games eleven goals, he was injured on the second matchday of the season 2010/11 against Wacker Burghausen hard on the knee and fell for the rest of the season. There sat no other fielder more on the bench due to injury problems, Sène was replaced in said game by goalkeeper Ferdinand Oswald, who assumed a role as an attacking midfielder. In January 2012, the contract was terminated with FC Bayern Munich consensus. Since February 2012, equipped with a contract with the U.S. first division club New England Revolution, he debuted on March 24, 2012 (1st Round ) in the home game against the Portland Timbers and was also the scorer of the 1-0 victory in the first minute.

Others

Sène who has three sisters, spent most of his childhood near Paris. However, he lived between his eighth and the age of ten with his mother and sisters in Senegal. The German language of which he still had no knowledge on his arrival in the summer of 2007, learned Sène within 20 months. His father is the former Senegalese international Oumar Sène.
