Accident prevention regulations in Germany

In Germany adopted in accordance with § 15 of the Seventh Book of the Social Code ( SGB VII), the professional associations as the statutory accident insurance, the BG (BGV ), which must be approved by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs as a specialist supervision. Europe

In Europe, the 80 years of the European Commission will adopt policies since the end of defining minimum standards in Europe. Member countries to implement these guidelines within certain time limits into national (industrial safety) law, but must not fall below the minimum requirements.

UVV are in Germany for insured workers abroad applicable. Here the so-called posting effect applies.
