Accident prevention regulations in Germany
In Germany adopted in accordance with § 15 of the Seventh Book of the Social Code ( SGB VII), the professional associations as the statutory accident insurance, the BG (BGV ), which must be approved by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs as a specialist supervision. History
Already the first Accident Insurance Act of 1884 authorized the professional associations to adopt binding accident prevention regulations are complied with by so-called " agents": to let control (later " Technical inspectors "). Europe

UVV are in Germany for insured workers abroad applicable. Here the so-called posting effect applies. As the professional association of accidents regulate or indemnify the insured in Germany must always apply at least the German accident prevention regulations for expatriate workers, if not the health and safety regulations in each country are superior.
