Saint-Augustin, Côte-Nord, Quebec

Saint -Augustin is a municipality in the Canadian province of Quebec in the Basse -Côte -Nord region with 861 inhabitants ( as of 2006). It is divided into port and location and is accessible only by boat or plane. On the opposite bank of the mouth of the river Rivière Saint -Augustin is the Innu settlement Pakuashipi.

The name derives from the Church, philosopher and Bishop Augustine of Hippo.
