Saint-Jean-du-Doigt

Saint -Jean -du- Doigt ( Breton Sant - Yann -ar- Biz ) is a commune in the Finistère department of Brittany in north with 612 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011). His name was given to the site by the preserved as a relic in the local church alleged forefinger of the Breton saints Saint Yann.

Location

The place is located on the Atlantic coast on the English Channel. Morlaix is located 13 kilometers (km ) south, Brest 64 km south-west of Paris and about 450 km to the east.

Infrastructure

In Morlaix is the next exit on the highway E 50 (Brest - Rennes) and a regional train station in the predominantly parallel railway line. Near the cities of Brest and Rennes are regional airports.
