Saint-Placide (Paris Métro)

Saint- Placide is an underground station of Line 4 of the Paris Métro. It is located in the 6th arrondissement at the intersection of Rue de Rennes -Rue Saint Placid Rue Vaugirard.

The station was taken on January 9, 1910 under the name " Vaugirard " in operation, as the last section of the line was opened 4 of Raspail up to Châtelet. Since 15 November 1913, she bears its present name since there was confusion with the station Vaugirard line 12.
