Saints Martin and Sebastian of the Swiss

The church of Santi Martino e Sebastiano degli Svizzeri in the Vatican is the church of the Swiss Guard.

It was built at the behest of Pope Pius V. Nanni di Baccio by the architect Bigio and completed in 1568. The church is dedicated to St. Martin of Tours, and Sebastian, and is only accessible to members of the Guard.
