History

Salmon Air was founded in 1960.

Salmon Air connects in line service currently Salmon with Boise, Stanley and McCall. She also conducts charter flights.

On December 6, 2004, a Cessna 208B Grand Caravan crashed at 10:20 clock eleven kilometers of Bellevue result from contact with the ground. Probable cause was icing. The three (according to other sources two) crew members of the cargo flight were killed.
