Salvador Cristau Coll

Salvador Cristau Coll ( born April 15, 1950 in Barcelona, Spain) is Auxiliary Bishop of Terrassa.

Life

Salvador Cristau Coll received on October 12, 1980 by the Archbishop of Toledo, Cardinal Marcelo González Martín, the sacrament of ordination to the priesthood for the Archdiocese of Toledo. On January 14, 1985 Salvador Cristau Coll was incardinated into the clergy of the Archdiocese of Barcelona and on 15 June 2004 in the Clergy of the Diocese of Terrassa.

On 18 May 2010 Pope Benedict XVI appointed him. Titular Bishop of Aliezira and appointed him as Auxiliary Bishop of Terrassa. The Bishop of Terrassa, Josep Ángel Sáiz Meneses gave him on 26 June of the same year the episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were the apostolic nuncio in Spain, Archbishop Renzo Fratini, and the Archbishop of Barcelona, ​​Cardinal Lluís Martínez Sistach.
