Salvador Lazo Lazo

Salvador Lazo Lazo y ( born May 1, 1918 in Faire Santo Niño, † 11 April 2000 in Manila ) was a Roman Catholic bishop in the Philippines.

On March 22, 1947 he was ordained a priest of the Diocese of Tuguegarao and appointed auxiliary bishop in Tuguegarao and Titular Bishop of Selia on 1 December 1969. His episcopal ordination ( in the. Renewed by Pope Paul VI form ) was performed on 3 February 1970. Starting August 3, 1977, he served as Auxiliary Bishop of Nueva Segovia. On January 20, 1981, he received the appointment as Diocesan Bishop of San Fernando de La Union. With reaching the age limit, he retired on 28 May 1993. In May 1998, he publicly declared his support for the concerns of the Priestly Society of St. Pius X and returned to the liturgy of 1962.
