Sam Hutchinson
Samuel Edward "Sam" Hutchinson ( born August 3, 1989 in Slough ) is an English football player who is under contract at Chelsea.
Playing career
Chelsea FC
Originally from the own youth academy Sam Hutchinson made his debut on 13 May 2007 for the FC Chelsea in a 1-1 draw against Everton. His second league game for the team from the London Borough of Fulham denied the defender only on 23 September 2009 in a 2-0 away win over Fulham. After persistent knee problems Sam Hutchinson finished his playing career in August 2010.
On 1 December 2011, he signed a new contract at Chelsea and was substituted by manager Roberto Di Matteo 29 April 2012 in a 6-1 home win over Queens Park Rangers in the Premier League 2011 /12. On the final day of the season he was first used in the 2-1 over Blackburn Rovers from the start.
Nottingham Forest
On August 16, 2012 Sam Hutchinson moved for the 2012/13 season on loan to the English second division club Nottingham Forest.
Vitesse Arnhem
On September 2, 2013 Hutchinson was presented on the last day of the transfer window in the Dutch Eredivisie for Vitesse Arnhem. At the turn of 2013/2014 the loan was terminated prematurely.
