Sam Pera, Jr.

Samuel "Sam" Pera Junior ( born March 11, 1989 to Rarotonga ) is a weightlifter from the Cook Islands.

Career

Sam Pera Junior took as a standard-bearer of his country at the Olympic Summer Games in 2008, where he was able to win the twelfth rank in the category from 105 kg and 350 kg. His father, Sam Nunuke Pera had participated several times as a weightlifter at the Summer Olympics.

The Ozeanienmeisterschaften 2008 Pera was third.
