Sam Perkins

Samuel Bruce Perkins ( born June 14, 1961 in Brooklyn, New York ) is a retired American professional basketball player.

Perkins was brought in 1984 in fourth place of the draft by the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA. He reached the playoffs in 13 of his 15 professional years. So also in his first year as a pro, in which he was charged with 11.0 points per game and 7.4 rebounds selected in the NBA All - Rookie Team (an average of 18.8 points in the playoffs ).
